We tried to go to Tiddlywinks at Eden with Dolores and Nancy, but they had left for the day to a wildlife shelter. By the way, we met Dolores, husband Eddie and daughter Nancy at the park in our neighbourhood a few weeks back. I had family in town and then she had visitors and works part of the week in Brighton, so it was good we finally were able to go do something together. Anyway, we just let the girls play at Christ’s Piece playground for an hour and then had coffee/tea/lunch. Addie was pretty tired and fussy, and even threw Nancy’s sandwich! I swatted her and I think that surprised Dolores. Went home for a nap and pretty much stayed home because it was another rainy day. David spent his lunch break at Neville's house here in Cambridge. Neville is a 19 year-old who's about to go off to uni at Edinburgh and is spending the summer here in Cambridge with his parents (who have houses all over the world and have spent time at the English L'Abri). David and he hit it off and David LOVED being at his house for lunch and getting to talk with his parents.
