Addie is 18 months today! Crazy it’s gone by so quickly! 
Fixed her a special breakfast of eggs and bagel and served on her new “Happy Birthday” plate from my new favorite store, Ark. She was still asleep when we were ready to go, so Mom and I headed out while Dad staying at home. Went to a toy store to look for something for her – found a push ducky 
and a wooden mouse string and swiss cheese toy that I’ve been looking for for ½ a year now! And then went to a clothing store going out of business – cute skirt, top and shorts! Then to the other toy store for Mom to get her a wooden tea set with 2 cups, spoon, canisters for tea bags, sugar lumps, and biscuits! Missed Dad on the way home, so met up with him back at the Round Church. Got some pasties for lunch. 
Went to St. Edwards, the church where Latimer and Ridley were at.

Then tried to get into King’s (below), 
St. Catharine’s (below), 
and Corpus Christi (below), 
but all were closed. Glad Pembroke was open – beautiful gardens!

Then to Peterhouse College, the oldest college at Cambridge. 
Checked out Little St. Mary’s church (where Washington’s great uncle was vicar, and the family crest was the basis for our “stars and stripes” flag). 
On to the Mills, where we stopped to refresh with pimms and ales. 
Then decided to go out for Addie’s birthday dinner at a tapas restaurant. 
Very yummy. Got dessert and a petit four for Addie at Fitzbillies, Cambridge’s oldest bakery. By the time we got home she was so tired we had to force her to have a bite. Obviously she liked it and gobbled the rest down before gladly going to bed. Long days for a little girl!

Everything looks so beautiful. Glad y'all (a little Alabama for you) are doing well. Yes, tell David to make it look like he is actually doing something other than "watching" Addie while she sleeps and going to soccer games. I should have known there was an ulterior motive to going to England...Euro 2008!
